Help!! My screen washers have stopped working. There is fluid in the reservoir and the motor seems to work. The wipers move and it whirs when you pull the stalk but nothing comes out.

Any ideas anyone?

Hoses appear connected at the top. Water leaks out of the left wheelarch when I try to wash the screen.

Any more advice appreciated.

The pump is in the left wheel arch. You will need to partially remove the wheel well liner to get to the pump/hoses. Could be a hose came off the pump or is broken there.

Mike,

If you remove the headlight assembly (look in the owners manual for simple directions) and shine a light in the hole you may find a hose disconnected. It worked for me once.

Thanks Guys. Found the hose had come off. Back on now and working fine.

Fairly easy to do as well, even for the mechanically incompetent like me!

Mike,

How did you access the hose was it via the lights or removing the wing liner? Same problem with my 986 box.

Thanks in advance.
