  1. The smaller the bolt the easier to snap - trust me I have tried the shortcut and failed. Get or borrow a inlb torque wrench.

  20. Anything in the wiring diagrams labeled "TERM 15" is switched power. FYI... TERM 30 is unswitched power. TERM 31 is ground.
  21. Yes and no... Yes if you do not have a proper device to hold it on the bench and No if you do.
  22. If it worked before the steering wheel change and now it does not then that is likely a good place to start.
