  1. Try 0615
  2. The CDR 23 anti-theft will check the DME for the correct handshake to operate -- problem is your DME does not have that capability. MY1999 has DME 5.2.2 for C2 and DME 7.2 for C4. CDR 23 requires DME 7.8 which started in MY2003. Besides the CDR 23 has MOST (fiber optic communication) so it likely will not work with your CD changer either. Sorry...
  3. Sorry, but I think you are beating a dead horse. Compared to what is available today PCM 1 is an Apple 1. There are many 3rd party solutions that are easier, less expensive, and have ten times the capability of PCM 1. If you must have the OEM look-and-feel then you best check with salvage yards for PCM 1 parts.
  4. Yes, it should fit fine. The 3 spoke air bag is the same for all 3 spoke steering wheels only the materials change (leather or leatherette).
  5. Try 8465
  6. The C4S has the center reflector above the bumper that the Turbo does not have.
  7. Try 2535
  8. Have you checked your fuel pressure?
  9. If the car has the newer style coils then they will be labeled A1 and A3 If they are the older style they will still be labeled 1 and 15
  10. Yes, clean the contact on the connections and check to see that the light comes on when you turn the ignition key to "on".
  11. Search is your friend... http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/45166-4-fault-codes-after-getting-car-back/?p=244353
  12. Resistance between terminals 1 and 15 at 20 °C: 0.3 - 0.7 Ω
  13. Factory fill is Mobil 1 0W-40 but you can find oil discussion here ad nauseum. So please do not start another.
  14. Please do a search here... both items have been covered numerous times before. You can try the reset (by reversing the battery momentarily) and/or you could have badly worn buttons, and/or your alarm module may have gotten wet.
  15. Try 3530
  16. Try 4560
  17. Could be - I know they have some problems with that. Try going into your "My Settings" and complete the profile information.
  18. On a normally aspirated engine there is no need for special software. If you disconnect the battery for 5 minutes you will force the DME into a "re-learn" mode. It will then re-learn both the car's settings and your driving style. Special tunes can do huge horsepower increases on turbo charged cars but do very little for the money (IMHO) on normally aspirated cars.
  19. It is not the clutch design that makes it to 100K miles plus ... it is the driver and how they use it. If you are doing drag racing starts or downshifting at too high a speed you will increase clutch wear. When I took the engine out of my 1976 911S with over 135,000 miles on it the clutch still looked very good and was just under 50% worn and I did hundreds of autocross and track events in that car. That was the factory clutch - so as I said it is not the clutch material or design it is how then clutch is used.
  20. Have you checked the upper strut mount?
  21. Try 1353
  22. Do you see the quantity number on your parts list? That number is total number of that part used on your vehicle.
  23. Guys - please check the date on the post before you reply. The original poster has not been back in 2 years...
  24. Exact model and year of your car please?
  25. Try 0960
