  1. Try 0960
  2. Do a search in the 996 section as 997-1 uses the same problematic oil sender. A 5 minute job with the right tool - or a more difficult job without the right tool.
  3. Oil level sensor or the problematic oil pressure sensor?
  4. Well... if you have third party things on the car they may or may not be wired through the cars fused power system. In that case you need to do the same - disconnect them one at a time and see what the amp meter says. In my experience 9 times out 10 it is a third party installation. Having seen a friends 911 burn because of radio install was the worst I have seen. So what ever the cause you need find it and fix it or remove the third party device (IMHO of course).
  5. Try 9321
  6. Loren -Could you pleasetell me if I am I giving all the required infomation here to obtain a code? I got the model and serial by pressing the TP button etc I just noticed you replied to others and not mine so wondered if Im doing something incorrect? Thanks so much for your help! Sorry, I just plain missed your posting. Try 0272
  7. Try 4714
  8. Try 1281
  9. Try 9376
  10. Did you try a search (before you posted this 3 times)? I think not. 40-60 ma is normal - anything else means you have a drain. Put an amp meter in series with the battery and slowly pull fuses until you find the circuit with the large drain. Report back here which fuse.
  11. Try 6431

  18. 996 631 149 00 Ventilation component -- US MSRP $21.76 each
  19. 999 500 078 00 Speed Nut -- US MSRP $4.55 each
  20. No such thing as "warped rotors". Chances are your pads overheated and they have left deposits on the rotors (as well as ruined the pads). You should really change to track pads for the track and street pads for the street. You will likely need new pads and cleaning/light turning of the rotor discs.
  21. Check pages 4 to 8 of this SmartTop install manual - you will see (in the photos) how to get to the relay panel and the relays. mods4cars product manual.pdf
  22. There are two relays for the spoiler - once retracts and other extends. You could swap those (since they are the same) to see if one is the problem. They relay 3 and 9 on the relay panel behind the top panel (service position). If that makes no difference then you are likely down to a broken wire in the spoiler or a bad microswitch in the spoiler mechanism.
  23. Try 9376
  24. Try 3438
  25. Try 1035
