  5. Did you try a search (before you posted this 3 times)? I think not. 40-60 ma is normal - anything else means you have a drain. Put an amp meter in series with the battery and slowly pull fuses until you find the circuit with the large drain. Report back here which fuse.

  15. No such thing as "warped rotors". Chances are your pads overheated and they have left deposits on the rotors (as well as ruined the pads). You should really change to track pads for the track and street pads for the street. You will likely need new pads and cleaning/light turning of the rotor discs.
  16. Check pages 4 to 8 of this SmartTop install manual - you will see (in the photos) how to get to the relay panel and the relays. mods4cars product manual.pdf
  17. There are two relays for the spoiler - once retracts and other extends. You could swap those (since they are the same) to see if one is the problem. They relay 3 and 9 on the relay panel behind the top panel (service position). If that makes no difference then you are likely down to a broken wire in the spoiler or a bad microswitch in the spoiler mechanism.

  24. Some of the early model 1999 cars also had problems with a leaky seal at the brake booster. If the seal leaks you get water into the booster and that causes all kinds of abnormal brake behavior. I would check the TSB and then check the brake booster too.
