Where do you buy Porsche parts online?

Recommended Posts

Where is the best place to buy parts (used or new) online? I am specifically looking to replace the center console compartment lid (not sure if that is the proper name). It looks easy to replace, I just have to find a place that sells it. I am sure I will find something else to repair soon too.

A the center top of any page is a link that says "Porsche Parts at Dealer Cost".

That link is to Sunset Imports. I think you will find they have the best prices on genuine Porsche parts -- and fast courteous service.

Tell them RennTech.org sent you!

I can't echo this loudly enough. Once you deal with one of the Sunset guys (I deal with Jeff), then its like you have a friend who works in Porsche wholesale parts. Quick quotes, great prices, personal service, very knowledgeable.

What more could you hope for?

I'm a constant shopper and am continually searching the web for the best prices. Other than an occasional "barn find" on eBay, I've found that Sunset consistently has the best prices and selection for Porsche parts. I go through Jeff Clark...who's always professional and extremely helpful.

Sunset is the best period. Jeff is great as wel as Phil! I have purchased at least 20 parts over the last 2 years (trim pieces etc.) Yesterday got new climate control that will be painted to match grey leather :)

PS I have a spare (like new) Graphite Grey leather (03 TT) center console lid if interested.

Thanks for the offer Alex, however, I really need black to match the interior. I appreciate the thought.

I still have not heard from Sunset on my email from yesterday morning. Is that usual? Not sure what to expect in turn-around time. I am also not sure if they get blocked out by my spam filter. **** I hate those things sometimes.

CAGUY: I always email directly to Jeff....and he responds right away unless your email was snagged by a spam blocker...but try using this email address and just tell him what you want. He assigns a number to your request and it's tracked thru the system so it doesn't fall in the cracks..... here's his address..... JeffClark@sunsetimports.com

I'm sure you'll be pleased with their service....I know I have been.

Thanks guys. I talked to Jeff and he helped me out. I did not realize they do OEM parts only. Anybody have advice on where to purchase non-OEM parts (heaven forbid I use non OEM parts, but sometimes I do)?
