Thanks Loren,

I have diagnosed with the Durametrics Enthusiast version (my own), and did again with one of my friends' mechanic the PRO vesion ... in both instances no error codes, ... I'll be talking to Durametric tomorrow, and see what they say?

Thanks!

Some Cayenne's came with a different DME (different manufacturer), which leads to diagnostics issues. Durametric knows about it and has a different software version that is a work around for these vehicles. Give them a call.

Very interested, yes keep us posted. The latest Durametric has gotten a lot better but it still doesn't work on my Electrical System and faults quite often on the Instrument Cluster ("06 CTTS).

You need to think of the Durametric system as a "work in progress", they are left to try and guess at what Porsche is up to at any moment in time, and how they are doing it, without violating any intellectual property rights. Not easy to do...........

I'm just worry that they will quit updating their software for our older (955) Pigs and just update for the newer stuff.

From experience, I would have to say they have added features to their system for both new and legacy vehicles over time; but as they have to find ways to get around Porsche's draconian protection of their property rights in the process, you never know how a particular feature will play out going forward. But in reality, they really are "the only aftermarket show in town" when it comes to Porsche diagnostics.
