  1. Sorry, misunderstood your request. 996.107.981.00 Engine protection plate -- US MSRP $108.16
  2. Boxster Coolant Tank = near right rear wheel. Regards, Maurice. forgot it was a Boxster
  3. I am confused as to what you are asking. The GT2 uses coil overs so they should have all the hardware you need.
  4. Sorry, if the leak is near the left rear wheel is very likely the coolant tank. There have been 5 or 6 coolant tank revisions - so Porsche knows they are a problem. I doubt the clutch replacement had anything to do with it.
  5. Yes, it could be almost anything from a loose gas cap to a bad MAF to a bad AOS. You need the fault code(s) to go any further. If you plan on DIY work I would recommend the Durametric Software.
  6. Sorry, but step 1 should have been to measure the fuel pump output volume.
  7. Airbag fault code 46 is the drivers seat belt buckle.
  8. http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...ost&p=48146
  9. Try 2800 or 2798
  10. Unless they are damaged or rusted you can reuse the sleeves from your existing mufflers. Same with the hanger brackets. My PSE mufflers came with brackets so I just bolted them on - but since these came from eBay you will have to see if the muffler hanger brackets came with. The dash switch is not included in that parts list. You will have to choose whether you wan the the one for the left side of the console or the right side.
  11. :welcome: 996.106.147.08 coolant tank 98 - on -- US MSRP $282.79
  12. Headlights - I do not know on a MY2009 - the wiring diagrams are not out yet.

  14. Have you checked the sway bar mounting bolts - that is the most common cause of sounds from the rear.
  15. Yes, it will work for a MY2000. Yes, make the electrical connection on the pins with a jumper/splice or buy the factory cable.
  16. The part numbers for the control units appear to be the same. Their are four part numbers depending on options off-road, XM, CD Changer, etc. etc.)
  17. I think you mean 64 71 19.
  18. Try 7114 or 7112
  19. Do you mean airbag fault code 46 or alarm fault code 46? Neither one is related to the ABS sensors. Airbag fault code 46 is the drivers seat belt buckle. If the P1125 reoccurs then try cleaning the MAF.
  20. You need to find a new dealer - I think they might be incompetent. Havoline® DEX-COOL® Extended Life Anti-Freeze/Coolant Chevron DEX-COOL® Extended Life Antifreeze/Coolant Are both ok for 9x6 series Porsches.
  21. (Wams - 09-07-2008) I have a 2002 Boxster. It once sputtered and white smoke with blue tint came out of the exhaust. Then it was fine for several days to a week. In the meantime I called the local Porsche dealer and talked with a service manager. The service manager told me that there could be an oil separator problem and I should have it checked, before it got worst ... meaning the O2 sensors could be ruined. Well, it was one week too late. The O2 sensors went bad, besides the oil separator problem. The total cost was around US $650 at the dealership. MSRP on a Boxster oil separator is $70.51. So they charged you 6 hours labor for a 1 hour job? (Porsche book time is actually less than 1 hour). Time to find a independent shop or DIY I think...
  22. The only way you can properly flush and fill these cars is with a vacuum system. Otherwise you will never get all the old coolant out and never get all the new coolant in. Find an independent Porsche shop that has a vacuum flush/fill apparatus and have them change it for you. BTW... the old Porsche coolant was greenish/yellow and the new Porsche coolant is pink.
  23. My Sept 2008 PET does not reference them as replacements but the price list update is not out yet and sometimes that is where they show cross-references too. Have you compared them with the old ones? Could be as simple as a material change to reduce wear, etc.
  24. Usually we leave it off - it odes not seem to fit on the 997 shifter or the B&M installs. It's just a coin/debris guard anyway. Older cars never had them to begin with.
  25. C4S and TT share brakes and some suspension parts (widebody to widebody). C4 is a narrow body car - so you would have to change hub carriers etc.
