  1. Those springs a replacement for the original M030 springs in 2009. So, if you documents are not newer than 2009 they could be incorrect.
  2. The inner temperature sensor is located on the right in the plenum panel (at the air inlet housing for air conditioning). 1. Unscrew fastening screws 1 and remove air inlet housing cover 2. 2. Turn inner temperature sensor clockwise arrow and remove it to the rear. 3. Disconnect connector 1 from the inner temperature sensor 2. Installation is performed in reverse order.
  3. That part number is for as MY2003 and newer. I don't know if it will work since there were many changes including the mail ail vent and the instrument cluster.
  4. They are micro-encapsulated (self sealing) bolts - 7.5 ftlb. (10 Nm).
  5. Hmm... Not sure Durametric is right... 997.641.981.35 is the part number for your instrument cluster - which can not cause a CEL or high idle. Perhaps make sure you have the latest software and try again.
  6. If this is a manual transmission car - have you checked the clutch switch? I had a similar issue and it was an intermittent clutch switch.
  7. Perhaps a salvage yard - just make sure it has the same part number as there were several changes over the years.
  8. Yes, on 2004 and older PIWIS actually uses the PST2 software for it's work.
  9. Try Palo Alto Speedometer -- http://www.paspeedo.com/porsche.htm
  10. That charging number is pretty close to normal. Are you sure you do not have a short or device causing a power draw. This can be measured with an amp meter easily and should be under 100 ma.
