Thanks for getting me the codes. Unfortunately I tried the numbers and the -/+ 2 as suggested in the FAQ without any luck! Still very happy to have found RennTech and learning how to take care of my car.

Loren, I know from the previous posts that the CDR23 doesn't have a user settable code but my question is if I disconnect the battery for any reason, say to change it out will the radio work when I reconnect the battery or do I need to take the car to a dealer?

No, not if the radio worked before.

The only time it should need to be re-programmed is if the radio is replaced with a different one.

please could you help, I have the same lost code problem in my 2001 boxster s. the radio says it is a becker 1, type 4367, serial no Y5023622. the car is right hand drive british version.

tried 0309, 0311 and 0307, non worked unfotunatly. The radio now says WAIT, I will leave it on for 1 hour and try 2 digits up and see if that works.
