Did you follow the procedure to get the correct serial number on the display?

If the unit has ever been repaired then the serial number on the radio (label) is likely wrong.

Yes, this is the serial number from the display, it does match the label too..

Then chances are the radio was repaired by a third party (not Becker AutoSound) - and they did not set the serial number.

There is no way to know the serial number or the code unless Becker can fix it. Sorry...
