4745 should work if that is the correct serial number.

Did you get that serial number using the method in the Lost Radio Code FAQ?

If not, please do so.

 

If you did then chances are that your radio has been repaired by someone other than Becker. If that is the case I can not help you. Sorry.

Hello,

 

I have the same problem, I wasn't aware of the unlock codes for the radio when I changed the battery.
