Loren, thank you for the quick response.  I did follow the steps.  I have attached a picture.  When I got into the menu I used the channel up button and scrolled to SN page.  I then used the button under the right arrow key and WSO19200 is displayed.  I was hesitant to push the * or AS or | buttons (you will see those on the picture) perhaps those expand on the number?  Also perhaps it is W5019200?
