Did you get the serial number using the method in the Lost Radio Code FAQ?

That is the only way to be sure what the radio software thinks is the serial number.

Please double check your serial number.

Did you get the serial number using the method in the Lost Radio Code FAQ?

That is the only way to be sure what the radio software thinks is the serial number.

Please double check your serial number.

I have followed the instruction on the faq's as well as taking out the radio and copying down the details

Very odd - the program I have works 99.9997 % of the time.

You can try two unit above and below the code I gave you (i.e. 9656 and 9652).

In some of these rare cases that works.
