Lost Radio Code - post your request here

I have a card that has s#p09881a1973013 and code 3997 that does not seem to work. Looked under the hood and tried the 4 digits on the label but no dice. Can you pull the serial number on this model without pulling the unit? TIA, Don

Well crap, FYI. tried every # from 4450 to 4460...guess I'm also in the 5% I'll let you know what the number is from the dealer. I hope they can get it even if it's not the original radio from the car...

Loren, does it make a difference if the electronic model is 4362, instead of the BE6624 on the label? That is what mine says.

No, only the serial number makes a difference.

Hi Loren,

I need help because I just came back from college and the battery on my 02 Boxster went dead, so if you could help me get the code for my radio that would be greatly appreciated.

CDR-220

Tpye: 4462

SN: 15004690

Also, does the radio need to stay constantly for an hour straight for the WAIT to go away, or just total time?

Dear Loren,

I need your help as well -- just bought a Boxster with an aftermarker CD player, and the stock one uninstalled... I put it in, and it wants a code, which I do not have.

Could you give me something to try?

It's a Becker CR-220 tape player

Becker 996.645.125.10

Typ: CCR-220

Model No: BE 6624

Serial No: 25006235

:)

Thanks my internet is down, I'm trying to do this on my cell phone. I guess I will wait the hour until I try the codes you suggest. Thanks.
