    PDCC reservoir also has a built-in filter, that's the reason.

    It seems that the collector, where the brushes run on, is completely worn out. Just replace the brushes will not have much effect.

    You will need a PIWIS or similar diagnostic tool to reset the code, airbag codes and other safety items, can't reset manually.

    If the car is equipped with a Tiptronic gearbox, check the vacuum operated cooling watervalve to the Tiptronic heat exchanger. The membrane wants to leak vacuum after a while, such that the gearbox is always cooled instead of periodically when necessary, therefore the engine temperature remains too low. Follow the water pipes, from and to the exchanger, and you will come across the valve.

    The bolts are pressed in, you have to burn them red hot with a welding torch, and than tap with a hammer if you do not have hydraulic press. When using a hammer you have to remove the lambda probes, they can easily fail by the vibrations of the hammer.

    Defective engine mounts can also cause annoying vibrations and noise, it is worth checking that too.

    The fluid line runs along the right-hand side in the roof covering to the rear, then to the middle, in line with the nozzle. The most rear part of the roof covering must be removed to fix the problem, the fluid line jumps off from the connector to the nozzle, usually due to excessive pressure caused by partial or complete blockage of the nozzle. Beware of possible water damage to the electronics inside the lower rear space.

    Follow the wiring of the left pump, under the rear seat. She goes through the car floor, to the far left corner of the car, there is a connection point which will burn in after time and consequently provides too much resistance. If this is the case replace this section.

    The pressure cap (filling cap) on the expansion tank is in many cases a source of annoyance due to pressure loss, there are devices on the market to test this but a new one does not cost an arm and a leg and can fixes problems as yours.

    There is a chance that the electronic fan speed controller is defective, than he automatically switches to full speed. The controller is located in the airstream between the fan and the condenser inside the AC unit.

    The question is whether the flywheel is not loose relative to crankshaft flange, defective dual-mass flywheel, loose torque converter/broken mounting plate (starter ring) if Tiptronic.
